Future - Hybrid Cars

1)For many years, there are many hybrid cars build by automotive industry in a bid to replace the petrol-powered cars.
2)Among those hybrid cars are hydrogen vehicle, solar vehicle and electric vehicle.
3)The concept of hydrogen-powered cars is quite simple. The hydrogen is reacted with oxygen to produce water and electricity. The electricity produced is used to power an electric motor.

4)The future of electric cars is also very promising because electric engine convert 75 percent of available energy into forward motion, compared with the 20 percent energy conversion rate of gasoline engines.
5)For solar cars, I don't believe the future cars can run entirely on sunlight, but the energy generated from photovoltaic cell can provide additional energy for a hybrid car.

If people have settle the problems of getting Hydrogen, then only Hydrogen powered car can replace the petrol powered car. For e.g., Honda has launched the FCX. General Motors has launched the GM Hy-Wire that runs on fuel cells few years ago.

But all these cars have the same problems, you have to get Hydrogen through electrolysis. And that is not environment friendly.

What I think now the world can do is buy the SunFuel from Volkswagen. It is cheaper. The source is easy to be found. You just need to collect Ethanol, then turned it into a fuel, put it into the tank, start your engine and the car will move.

I think that is a great method.
